These Terms & Conditions govern the use of bullflagxl.media operated by Bullflagxl Editoriale S.r.l., with registered office at Via Filippo Turati 25, 20121 Milan (MI), VAT IT12986540968.
1. Acceptance
Use of the site implies the full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. In case of disagreement with even part of them, the user is required not to use the site.

Bullflagxl publishes exclusively editorial content for informational purposes about the Italian real estate sector. The information on the site does not constitute a public offer, solicitation to invest, financial, tax, legal or professional advice.

Content related to real estate crowdlending has an informative and educational purpose. Crowdfunding activity in Italy is regulated by EU Regulation 2020/1503 and supervised by Consob. Bullflagxl is not registered in the register of crowdfunding service providers.

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, layout) is the property of Bullflagxl Editoriale S.r.l. or used under licence. Reproduction, even in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Bullflagxl does not guarantee the absence of errors or the constant updating of content. Within the limits permitted by Italian law, it excludes any liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.
